WHO WE ARE

Messick Builders has been building homes on the Eastern Shore for almost 50 years. Robert and Sherrie Messick founded the business founded Messick Builders in 1975. His sons, Robbie and Donnie, were raised working alongside their father and are now continuing the Messick Builders legacy.

Together they have not only built a company but, also a lasting impression on the Eastern Shore. Messick Builders has won the Best Builder in Wicomico County for over 20 straight years. They have also won Best Residential Community in Wicomico County for Steeplechase, their premier development.

WHAT WE DO

We are builder developers serving the Wicomico, Somerset, and Worcester counties. Custom homes are our specialty. We strive to build each client a custom home that meets your needs and desires by prioritizing your home wish list to fit your lifestyle and budget. Currently, we are building in section 7 of our exclusive residential community located in Salisbury, MD, Steeplechase, and developing section 8. Within the neighborhood, we offer lot-home packages and move-in-ready homes.
